DESCRIPTION:Upgrade Yourself es un programa que se desarrolla durante dos semanas lectivas y que se añade a las horas de clase. Durante estos diez días los alumnos trabajarán en grupo\, asistirán a talleres específicos y participarán en las sesiones transversales. Dichas sesiones serán impartidas por profesionales y estarán orientadas a la mejora de competencias personales.
